Shipping Policy
Dispatch Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Within Telangana: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Other states in India: 4–7 business days after dispatch
- Remote locations: May take additional 2–3 days
Shipping Charges
Shipping is charged at a flat ₹100 per piece via DTDC (4–5 day delivery). The shipping amount is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this to track your shipment online.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
